RGM Foundation is incorporated in Missouri as a non-profit corporation.  It is currently funded by the Bayless Family and their holding of ENVIO-WEIGHTS, RGM OUTDOORS, along with the website of www.rgmsports-travel.net

We are currently working on our not for profit tax structure with IRS 501, C-3

Distribution of Funds

The Foundation or any of its volunteers do not accept donations to charity.  All donations to the KU Endowment Center are made directly to the Center.  It is a 100% Charity.

Sale of rod and reel are divided in this fashion.  $30.00 is paid directly to the KU Endowment Center, $29.00 is paid to RGM OUTDOORS, Inc. to pay actual cost of rod and reel and all applicable Federal Excise Tax.  The remaining $10.00 is paid to the selling authority whether it be one of our dealers, or some organization who is using it to fund a local project.

Sale of advertising for www.rgmsports-travel.net is divided 75% to be used to acquire fishing equipment for those who do not qualify for any sports rehab funds, youth camps etc.  The foundation also supplies equipment for one-time use by groups who take people with disabilities on that onetime a year fishing outing.  The remaining 25% is used to keep the servers in operation, assist in acquisition of of other types of sporting equipment for those who require it.
